Here is a card I designed for a Big Shot Swap at the Meet & Greet during Convention. I used the Large Scallop Circle and cut off a few of the scallops on each side to make the shape of a dress, used ribbon to wrap around the "waist" and a punched flower with a rhinestone brad in the center.

What do you think? I hope you like it.
