I used the new Posy Party, Thoughtful Friend, and Bees & Blossoms builder wheels to create this card.

After I wheeled the images I used Crystal Effects and Dazzling Diamonds glitter to add bling to the center of the flowers.

The ribbon is actually the Rich Razzleberry Polka Dot ribbon--I just folded it in half and ironed it to keep it in place.
