Hmmm, not sure! I've never had this happen before. How old is it? Well, mine is ancient anyway. Maybe it was exposed to temperature changes that affected it?
Ideas, anyone?

Very possible it could be old. Mine does this now and won't really flow through the bottle, but it is several years old, so I need to get a new one. At least the bottle is nearly empty. It's also turned a bit yellow in the bottle.

Even if it is old and yes it get yellow or cloudy then, you can still use it for an extra strong glue. I used some "old" CE to hold a nose piece on my broken glasses and it held even under water.
I've had to return bottles of Tombo, CE, and 2 way glue because of the extreme weather up here. (I live in the north of Québec, Canada) CE becomes cloudy after having been frozen, tombow turns to a paste and 2 way doesn't hold as well afterward.
