Oh Lyssa! How terrible. Already sent up a prayer. If you want cards to be sent, let us know.
please pray today for my friend from college, Juli, as she lost her husband in a car accident last night. She has three little kids. I have to talk it over with my husband but we might be going up for the funeral once we know when it will be. So sad.

Lyssa, if you can, do remind your friend to drink plenty of water--she sure doesn't need dehydration compounding this tremendous shock and loss.

My heart and prayers go out for Juli and her children. Let us know if we can send her a card!
Praying for Juli!
So sad....I will pray for them all. When it's appropriate and I know divorce is not the same thing, but please let her know that people make it through being just moms. I also have a friend in Minn who lost her DH to cancer, whom I'm sure would be willing to chat with her.

Leadership 2012 San Antonio, TX - will I see you there?
While the rest of the world is sleeping...I am stamping!
I'll be keeping Juli and her kids in my thoughts and prayers. I know she's got a tough road ahead - same thing happened to one of the moms in my daughter's class - he left home that morning for workk, never to return. I hope Juli has a chuch family she can get help from - that helped April when she lost her hubby (also had three small kids, 1st grade and younger). I wish her the best during this difficult time.
Greetings from sunny So Cal!
