A bit about social groups
I notice there is a number of lets all them "clicks" or "clubs" showing up and several use things like Yahoo Groups or something else or just run single threads. There is a feature to the forum that's relatively new called "Social Groups" and it's designed for exactly this purpose. I don't know if it's of interest to anyone but I added a test group just to kind of give an example. See it here:

James--what kinds of groups do you have in mind? Would downline groups be welcome?

Actually yeah, that could be a use for them. We don't have to use them and they are the greatest thing in the world but if you for example wanted a "private" forum for your downline you could do that.
I was specifically thinking about groups like spamiltas or some of the other that use single threads to converse. Or group that use something like yahoo groups and wanted to move here or something.
Again, it might not be of significant interest to anyone but I did want to point them out just in case.

How would we go about getting people to use these? I think it's a great idea with good potential. Yahoo groups bite. If we could get people over here for that purpose...

If my downline grows, would be certainly easier for my own downline grouping...right now I'm just using email to keep in touch.

I think I would love this! I use yahoo and SCS to stay in touch with my adopted downline group. It would rock to have a place to use for them. We did the yahoo thing but it really sucked, not all messages would get delievered to everyone. I think its a great idea!
